LOL, man the whole car isnt nice because of the interior? I know I dont have to point this out, but the car wasnt made to impress you with the interior, although I'll take the Recaro's over the seats in the S anyday (my opinion) The 04 EVO's now are available with leather, I havent seen it, btu I have heard that it makes the interior look much nicer...if you care about that (I dont) Next drive one for a few weeks and get back in the S and tell me what you think of the S, I never thought I would actually hate driving the S until we got the EVO and now with the drop in filter and catback...I'd rather drive the EVO 10 out of 10 times Just imagine when I get my downpipe, test pipe and ecu reflashed

cojoi...With those mods to the EVO, it would proba.bly be running high 12's 1/4 mile cosistently

You can roll your eyes all you want, but I can say it with all honesty. Dont think that everyone has to like the S2K. Dont get me wrong its a very nice looking car, but I'll take my EVO with its hp, tq and awd anyday over the S, like it or not.

My wife loves driving her S and hates driving the EVO, which is fine with me

1. BMW uses a varible cam timing device called Vanos (e46 M3 uses double Vanos)

2. AWD, RWD, i dont give a shit, it still comes down to driver. along with the S2000 and 99 e36 M3 in our garage, my dad just added a 2001 Porsche 996 C4 to his stable about 2 months ago. That thing is AWD and is not the best off the line. Now take her on the highway, and she'll kill 99% of the cars on the road.

Yes it does still come down to the driver but if you have 2 excellent drivers in 2 different cars side by side, the AWD car will take out the RWD car most, if not all, of the time off the line.

I remember when they released the specs for the 350Z before it came out. They were giving the car 1/4 mile times of 14.4 or whatever. ......... If the Z weighed 3,000lbs, it would be one hell of a car. I don't want to bash the 350Z because it is a great car but the extra weight bothers me.
just to note,

s2000: 11.81 lbs/hp
350z: 11.21 lbs/hp

if an s2000 pulls on a Z, they are pulling on either an automatic, or a poor driver. i hear stories here about s2000 walking Zs, and vice versa over on my350z about them walking s2000s.

and as for their 1/4 mile, there are plenty of scans of peoples' timeslips running 13.6 or so bone stock on my350z as well. just clarifying some missinformation.

^ Wow great for your mass produced car, I like it too.
This arguments are just damn stupid. The S2000 does not pull on a Z, evo, sti, and another million cars, and???? Still a Honda S2000 .
