nice evo! do you have a 9? i have raced many stock or near stock 8s. while i dont put the pounding on them like dave does 
, i can pull very slightly on 8's. the higher the speeds gets the harder i pull. the only time i have put more than a half length on a evo was over 120, i had 3 lenghts on him by then. last weekend i race a bone stock 9MR, wow. he pulled on me pretty good. the new 9s are much faster than the 8s. i'll be the first to say it..............I LOVE EVOS!

That comes down to driver differences and maybe year diffs (for the 03, 04 vs 05/MR). There are plenty of people who dont know how to drive both cars, and plenty of people who do.
So, I dont know how I would do against daves car, but I can tell u I will beat a stock, or run of the mill modded S.
I will run some more S's in the summer, but by then I will be close to 300whp with the addn of boost controller and full TBE.
