nice evo bro! it must be nice to spend a little money and get a lot of hp! something us s owners will never know!
I really do believe my 05 is a lot faster than the stock 03-04 and even 05. IMHO, eveyones first evo mod should be a good reflash to adjust for the rich and poor (pun intended) factory tune. The apparent idea was to avoid knock, esp in high altitudes in N. America. Not sure if it is true or not.

Add an MBC and TBE for under 1K total mods

For the record, one guy got a 13.17 on his stock 05 MR. Although this is not the norm. I reckon I he could get the same time in my car (though that is just speculation)

I recently found out about a drag track near me, which is closed for the winter. Will post numbers once summer comes around and I learn how to launch AWD without bogging or frying my clucth

None that would give him any power gains.
Reason I asked is cuz I have outcomes that are so different from this. I know there are different wins all the time, but from my experience, I have a stock 03' and I race my coworkers' stock AP2 all the time. He runs 13.8's at the track. I have yet to drag mine at the tracks. I edge him out after 70mph everytime on clean runs, about 1/4 to half a car up to 100mph. Yes, thats right...I pull at the top. It's about even down low. There must be something mechanically wrong with these Evo losses of 3 or more cars.

Didnt u see the vid of me squashing a stock S If youve got mods like Daves I reckon it would be close. Bear in mind that a lot of evo owners dont know when to shift. If you shift at redline u can be losing up to 30whp depending on the tune or lack of it. It feels like you are accelerating harder, but youre not.

I will say that it is the only S I have raced. When I get a few more, then maybe I will disagree with you
atually I don't think I've seen the video, is it still up? Anyway I do have some mods, and I've had plenty of evo encounterz so I'm not just basing my opinion off of one race. I've also ran couple ap1, and ap2's and I've pulled them also. A lot may be do to driver though, but I can't say how the others are as far as that goes. I will say that I have run only 1 05 MR and I had a nice pull on him the whole time. I also do agree that it is faster then the previous models because it put up a much better fight. stock 03-04 even with a bit of a jump I come back pretty quick.

Did you have ur mods when you ran the S(like I said i haven't seen the vid)? You have a healthy amount of mods it looks like, so I could see you beating an S no prob.

No, just the 8...one of the first ones in fact. We've only raced til 110ish, I don't know what the outcome would be if we raced higher than that.

first the videos on streetfire,racingflix,etc...are for comparision specifically, unless it is some kind of exibition or joke.daves video is a comparision video made so you would understand where his car is. the only reson those sites exist is for posting of comparision videosotherwise what are they for, videos of stevec stroking it.......oh wait hes got to actually find it under all those rolls first.

(just in case the first one gets locked... cause it looks like it might! )

Since the last great thread got locked... I'll post here:

i admitted i cant verify the SC b6 but hey, you have geniuses like joeking who cant even change their own oil, yet think they have oneup on me. LOL, go back to school joeking and when you can change the clutch or turbos on a b5 s4 come talk to me.

Here... I'll take a page out of your book:

I can change oil with the BEST of them!! Only the BEST oil changes exist around Detroit... We are the Fastest by far!! No one Compares!! I have custom Superchargers that do my oil and clutch changes faster then any other SC'd oil and gear change! Hell... My stock oil change is done WAY faster then any other stock oil changes! But I don't have to prove it because this is the internet and I am allowed to talk out of my ass because, hey... who's going to stop me!?!?

For humors sake Vegas... have we met? You seem to know so much about me- yet I vagely remember any direct encounters with you... :scratcheshead: You can pigeon hole me with one blanket statement which is again... LIKE EVERYTHING ELSE YOU POST based off no provable legitimate fact. ...kind of funny, you know... you try to add credibility towards your assinine posts... only to again throw random fictional comments out there...

For ONCE kid... pretend that this isn't the internet... and we are friends in your classroom that can walk outside with you and call instantly on your stories... If you maintain that thought everytime you go to type another lie... you may save yourself some hardship...

As much as I've enjoyed bewiddling Steve C. in the past... he is 100% justified to single you out from the heard... and it is quite entertaining!

But that video doesn't show where his car is.

Say he's a good driver and can pull at 13.8 and the other S driver could only hit a 14.1, that would be 3 cars +/-. The only way to prove where his car is in the spectrum of S2000's is to:

POST A VIDEO WITH A TRACK TIME

Is that so hard? He should have done this a long time ago...

actually your quiet the humorous joke with us. if someone around us thinks they know something and screws it up we tell the to stop acting like joe king.and if you could remove you lips from stevec's penile unit your might be able to see the video for what is really is for instead of getting milky eyefuls of blured video.
