Hopefully he didn't get it in "the end" in jail.

Madame... the Defendents counsel has summoned a plea bargain. The proposition has been found satisfactory and has been settled outside the court (via PM )

...we shall reconvene within this 30 day period to solidfy the contractual agreement to be then set forth.

So again... Joe 1- Lawyer 0!

(not bad racer, huh... if you ever need a blow hard to quaff some smoke at the judge for ya... what do you think? Am I your man!?? )
well if you've decided to forego the discovery process and have come to a mutual agreement you should sign release agreements immediately.. no 30 day periods required at this point. the 30 day period is a timeframe within which a party has to respond to discovery served on them. oh and you can't refer to me as madame if i am another attorney, you simply call me "counsel"..

yeah not bad joeking..

I could be wrong but I dont think any ticket will top my friends he just got in his 03 Accord six speed. Apparently he was filming some kind of car video, with some other friends. He got the bright idea to go the opposite diretion in traffic (this is about 3 a.m.) he thought it would look cool when he flew by 2 people he knew going the right way, they would move aside and he would fly in between them. Probobly the dumbest thing I have ever heard of. Anyway he took of, turned around on the interstate, started flying to rocket in between them, passed a cop doing 80mph in a 45 also in the wrong direction. By the end of the night there were 5 cops there, he went straight to jail, where I had to bail him out the next day! Anyways long story short, wreckless driving ticket, 6 points, $490 for the ticket, and $375 to get his car out of the tow shop. His court day is in 5 days I will let everyone know what happens!

I suggest making up a GOOD story thats not too rediculous and acting very innocent and looking very sorry. Go to driver improvment classes now, don't get anymore tickets, and you'll walk out with a fine and 2 points or maybe even a pbj. Talk to a lawyer that knows the judge and you improve your chances by 75%.

good luck man, I just got a ticket for going 50 in a 25 zone. This is my first ticket in any car, I am not much of a speeder, unless it's worth the speeding. The one I got kinda sukx to because all I did was gun it in second to make a light that was about to go red. Bad thing was that I never braked after , I let the car rev down and slow on its own, next hing I know I got lights flashing behind me. Oh well what can you do.
