on my way home from school i saw a new M roadster in traffic. we were both top down, windows up. as soon as he saw me in his rearview he started to frantically weave through traffic, taking openings wherever he got them and gunning it whenever he could. we finally got far up north enough on new hampshire avenue to get a good run in. he got the opening first and immediately started to gun it. i got the opening, kicked it down to 2nd and gunned it. he was about 6 cars ahead of me at the time. i reeled him in until we were both at about 90 and had to slow down because we came up on traffic. i was 1 car behind him when we had to shut down. then we both got another opening and gunned it at the same time. i started about 1 car behind him this time at 60mph. easily reeled him in and passed him. i had about 3 cars on him by the time i shut down at about 110mph. i thought it would have put up a much harder fight

5.5psi CTSC/AC, tuned on AFC neo, T1R 70R V3 headerback, mugen 4-2-1, 4.77 gears, ACT clutch ACT flywheel, big j's type 1 wing to slow me down.

i haven't dynoed or tuned since i FIRST put my SC on. back then i dynoed 270whp on a dynojet but i had 60mm HKS exhaust, no aftercooler, a slipping stock clutch, and stock flywheel. so a lot has changed. from what i've observed from other setups, i should have a little under 300whp but who knows. i bought an emanage ultimate and 675cc injectors but haven't installed them yet. i'm planning on upping the boost to 9psi (from 5.5psi) and retuning over winter break.

 

sounds about right. That 70mm headerback sure isn't hurthing you

I have never driven a sc'd s2k so I can't really compare, but I know those mz4 coupe's pulled on my like crazy down the straights. I would corner just as fast if not faster than them and from apex to track out I would gain but as soon as the mz4 steering wheel went straight and the gas pedal to the floor, cya's lol. I'm not FI though and was just running stock cat with invidia exhaust

Sounds about right, i sat passenger in my buddy's comptech s/c s2k 5psi sitting on 19's going uphill, top down vs an e46 m3 smg and we still started to move away
