Default NSX vs. S2k

i love the NSX. i dont care if guys think that its old, or slow, or whatever. i have loved the NSX since day one 15 years ago! i saw one on the hwy tonite and i just let him pass me without any contest from me. out of respect. plus i figure that a NSX probably moves pretty good on the hwy.

so has anyone run an NSX? thanks guys!

I played with one when I first got my S last april. from about 70-110 with my top down, he got me by about 3/4 of a car. I don't know what to make of this, as I don't know what year it was or how good I was driving my car then.

i saw this one thug lookin 30 year old hispanic dude driving a newer model nsx today. it was bright yellow. beautiful. i wouldnt even think about racing an nsx. its not cause they're fast, just...i look at them in awe. how a 15 year old platform could last so long, and still look great. cant wait for the v10 to come out. anyways, if anybody was lucky enough to see them at full stride, please post...

The owner of a local shop has one and we've played around once or twice. I remember one night we had 3 S2000 and him running around town. We where at a stop light on a three lane road, The NSX and the other two S2000 where all lined up, I was behind one of the S's. The light turn and they all hit it, I hung back a bit. As soon as one the the S2000 gave up I hit it and rocketed it up next to the NSX. It was funny the look on his face when I shut down. They will beat a slightly modded S2000 (I/e) but if you are FI you will walk them.

I've met a guy with a compteched NSX, but yet to have the chance to run him. I'm guessing that at like boost he'd smoke me.

I WANT ONE!!!!!!!!!!!! I believe the oldes mdels we can whoop cinsidering they had what 250hp. Or were those only the auto one's.

I worked at acura for a while, and I think the auto version may have trouble against us for a while. The manuel version honestly felt the same through first and second gear(tested both a 99 and 05), but once you get into third it's a different story. down low we will do well, but up top the nsx should begin to pull away. Still feels very similar to the S though.

Oh and I prefer the 99 model when I test drove it. For some reason it felt a lot better to me then the 05 did.
