Ummm, yes please!!! It would be a first time for me, so you'll have to show me the ropes... Just let me know ahead of time, and I'll definitely be there. As for driving the M, I'd love to, but I'd want some seat time before hand to familiarize myself with it...
Wins:
- Newer model Jaguar XJR, (30-90mph roll) 1-2lengths
- Numerous Type Rs (all sorts of situations) 2-5 lengths
- Preludes (all sorts of situations) 4-10 lengths
- Pre 1999 Mustangs (all sorts of situations) 4-10 lengths
- 240 HP M roadster (75-155MPH) 6-10 lengths ( no match from 110MPH on) raced twice same result, cool guy
- Celica GTS (60 mph-90 mph) 3 lengths
- RSX type S ( 30 mph-65 mph) 2 lengths

- Regular Boxster (20 mph - 90 mph) 4-5 car lengths

There aren't too many fast cars around here so I haven't found anything fast to race yet.

Well, if Steve's gonna add those car's that he passed on the road course, then I'll add mine
(Car wasn't even running right with the HOT air, Big Willow Springs). I'm sure most of these guys weren't going all out either.Camaro SS
E36 M3
SVT Cobra
S2000
911 Carrera (early 90's model)
Miata
LS integra (6 sec better)
255 HP Maxima (2 sec better)
C5 (was on his ass the whole 25 minutes of track time)
On the bike:
'97 ZX-6R - Even (from a 15 mph roll)
240 HP M roadster (75-155MPH) 6-10 lengths ( no match from 110MPH on) raced twice same result, cool guy
if this if your first offense, I would be very suprised if you didn't receive some sort of plea bargan. I got a racing ticket and got it knocked down to wreckless op with a traffic school option (so no points). Not a bad deal.
How do all you guys get into these encounters with other cars? Do you usually initiate a race? Or is it the other way around? The only people I've raced are my friends: 99' Civic EX w/ minor mods (yeah, I know - waste of time) and '95 Integra GSR (stock). Both were easy kills. I tried to bait an RSX-S the other day, but he wouldn't bite. I find it difficult to get people to race. Maybe I just need to run into more ricers.

SW? who's that?
A guy who owns Elite Motorsports in Austin. He has a 9 second C5 - I aksed to run him and got beat.
He also has a 9 second supra, Viper, ANOTHER C5 for road courses, ANOTHER Supra for road courses, a 550 ferrari, a Lightning, an old trans am, etc etc
He sold a couple of them but the guys toy box is amazing.
