Raced a 240sx with exhaust, intake, nos and turbo. I'm pretty sure there was no turbo on the car and he was just looking to see me go. I meet up with a friend of mine that has a 02 Z28 with exhaust only at my house and then went down to the local connivance store where all the ricer kids hang out. There was a Celica gts with exhaust only and all kinds of stickers and lights {all show}, a civic w/ wheels and ground effects and those seat belt pads {seat belt pads are good for about 10 rhp} and the meanest Grand National I have ever seen. This guy didn't run but it was a mean machine. Anyway back to the race. Before we left the parking lot I told the guy we go from 20. On a two lane road at night with no traffic 240sx on my left and my buddy behind me to signal the start of the race we went. At the second honk we took off and it was even until 40 or so. At 70 I pulled about 2 cars and kept pulling. 240sx said he started to spray at 50 but it didn't matter. I shut down at close to 120 and he was a good 3-4 cars back. Not a bad race for that car but I still doubt he had a turbo. I never heard his turbo and when I asked to see his set-up he told me he would rather not. Now I don't race for money so it's not like he was giving away his edge. By the way I have MY02 stock.
