Sad thing is, I saw this coming from a mile away.

That kid was a complete ****tard and should have had his liscense ripped up months ago because sooner or later, this was going to happen.

Worst part is, he got away with just a broken arm; hogan should have been the one in the vegatable state, not his friend.

 

They're both adults, if he chose not to wear his seat belt then he made a decision.
