My V1 goes off anywhere from 0.5-1.5 miles on X band, and about 1 mile on KA. Stupid NJ state police still use X band!!!

Yeah good call for not getting busted. Whenever I make the trip out to Ft. Worth on 183 or 30 I am way leary since they pulled all of that construction guy being a cop crap.

Fort Worth will drive you crazy with radar anyway. They have installed radar, ka, beacons on all of the school busses. It will drive you nuts from 7:00 am till about 6:00 pm.

I find my passport 8500 only gives less than a mile warning on all bands. I use it in my e250 van and my s mostly between md and nj/ny.
