Very clean setup.. Is that the stock manifold heatshield polished and retrofitted?

Making 300ish whp at 6psi is wicked!... What RPM are you fulled spooled?

When i was stock the same kit hit full boost at 4000, Full boost happens right at vtec now. Thanks for the props on the heat shield. It is the stock heatshield. The best part is that it didnt take much work to do and it looks pretty good.

Well the first time around was 3K including tuning. Then my radiator blew and it overheated. I hadnt put in my modifry temp fix yet so i didnt even know it was happening until it was too late. The top piston ring on the #1cyl fried so then came the 9:1cr rebuild. That was 1.6K, but then i needed a new radiator so i bought a Koyo $350. Then i got my new manifold which was $800. While i had it apart i put in a 6 puck clutch $600. All the rest of the misc bull crap that isnt nessesary but is nice to have (ie. greddy profec b and such) added up to almost another grand on top of all that.

whoa........so it only cost 3 grand just for the kit? is this a kit you can buy as a whole or did you piece it together? sorry to hear about your other mishaps....but is that because you didnt put in a modify temp fix or whatever that was? does that come with the kit? or something you gotta get yourself?

I'm just curious as to why other kits are like 5 grand and you only are spending 3. does it also come tuned? or you gotta do that too hahaha

you need to use the modifry fix when using AEM.

I'm just curious as to the manifold and AR on the turbo

The manifold is made by td autowerks, and i will be seeing how much power its makes this weekend. The only specs i have on the turbo is that its a
Ball Bearing oil cooled
T04 " O " T3/T4
.70 A/R TURBINE HOUSING

Turbine Wheel:
Exducer: 2.54"
Mayor : 2.89"

Compressor Wheel:
Exducer: 2.23"
Mayor : 3.31"

The heat shield is actually still black, i just cleaned it up a bit.
