I have yet to race a Supra (NA or Turbo) in my S. But then again, in this area they are not very common, and if they are it is very rare that they are stock... most are completely show or complete go.

How about racing our S with a non-turbo Supra? Say both have I/h/e mods and both are manual, what do you say guys?

That nice to know, thanks Quik S2K... I see a old Supra (the year that they made the Celica almost alike) every now and then, it's a automatic but guy keeps trying to show off like making a turn and flooring it. Seem like he's trying to smoke his tires as he turns or kick up some dirty but he's not successful, kinna make me laugh cause I see it all the time. I think he did that thinking that it's a Supra and I can't do nothing as compared to him, he made a fool out of his own self already but doesn't realize it. What do you guys think? Should I leave a 15 ft of rubber on the ground so peeps will think that it's his?

Just let him be, no need showing off. If you get a run with him on a deserted road or something then show him

He'll never go for it, he the type that wants to show but when challenged won't go. No heart for it or maybe just trying to show off, I'll be lying if I say that it didn't bother me cause he's doing it to piss me off but I found that laughing at it tends to be a better idea. I'd lefted a good 15-20 ft off rubber on the ground when a automatic old firebird was messing with my alarm cause he kept on rev'ving up knowing that my alarm went off.

NA Supras are about as powerful as the non-VR4 3000GT's.....right?

I don't know but I know they're not fast, your guess is as good as mine on that...
