an Altima is an econobox, the S2k is car built for enthusiasts by enthusiasts

i'd rather drive a Miata than an Altima
BTW, that would be an old Miata even

That CVT transmission is pretty remarkable. I remember reading about how CVT transmissions would ultimately work this way back about 10 years ago, but I kind of stopped paying attention to them.
From what I have read/heard, the CVT's still have the same problems - its really hard to keep the torque under control, for performance cars it'll not do good since it'll either skip a tooth (Chain) or it'll slip (belt) I'm assuming the altima has the chain though...

It sounds funny when a car moves with a CVT, it revs up btu goes slowly sounds like an automagic car with a slipping transmission!

A drag with a S2K and Altima? Huh? Who drives an S2k straight??? And who races an Altima?? Makes me want to buy an Altima in Forza 3 and tune that bad boy.

I don't know but some of the car matches make no sense.

Seriously.... what the HELL is with people who drive Altimas? WHY DO YOU TRY TO RACE ME ALL THE TIME? You are driving an ALTIMA! WTF does ALTIMA even mean? What the hell is the purpose of it anyways? A sport-compact... something-or-other-I'm-not-even-sure-what-class-of-holy-hell-car-it-is-anymore...

Ugh, now I can't relax and enjoy my coffee...

Hey OP, you forgot to add wind resistance and barometric pressure to your equations

Who the hell cares. Stop doing "research", race the damn Altima already and find out.

BTW my beater is an Altima so screw you all haters

I think if an Altima wanted to race me, I'd let it win just so the other guy had something good in his life. Poor guy, stuck with an Altima...
