or he hit sand in the apex in the midst of power application.

I saw that he oversteered past the point of saving it. I was glad to see he was able to get it all the way around.

Yeah, i have seen before, watched it 100x, def looks like throtle lift oversteer, however, unless dirt was on apex (which i never considered) , I dont think he even atempted to save it. IMO 100% Driver error.

lift throttle oversteer is when you're in a turn with the throttle depressed(keeping the weight on the rear) then lifting mid turn thereby transferring weight from the rear to the front abruptly, causing the rear to slide.

Is it just me, or those cars in the video (including the S2000) weren't going anywhere NEAR fast enough to get
to the edge of traction on such a mild turn? Or maybe I'm just too accustomed on watching cars run on
R-compound tires?

Either way, it looks like a "crappy driver" or "something wrong with the car" to me too.
