Default S2000 vs 300c SRT8?

I have a built turboed S2000. It's pushing 512whp. Around 530 crank hp. Everything is built. Too and bottom end, tranny, clutch and rear end. And this guy at work thinks he can beat me with a stock SRT8 Chrysler 300C.
Any opinions on that? I feel like I can dust him no problemo but I wanted to see your opinions before I go making a fool of myself.
Further more, can my S2000 beat stock vettes?

since we're bench racing, which has no basis in reality, like, at all...

you will walk him provided you can hook up. with walmart tires you'll make smoke and nothing else.

Welcome to S2KI!

Great question! And it's perfect for the Street Encounters subforum in the thread "S2000 VS THE WORLD." I shall move it there for you post haste.

Correction: I shall move it to that subforum and the moderator there will likely merge it with the above-mentioned thread. I can't actually do the merge directly from here to there.

well, you joined today, this is your first posts.. you already have an s2000 built..may i ask what gears and what tyres, what transmission work.. did you swap to alternative units..

will the cars you are asking about stomp you, course they could... a lot depends on the drivers... and the cars..

doesn't take Einstein a stock 300c v8 is a 6 second car and has a 170 plus topspeed, ( I've driven an american 300c in germany, no governor, it was stable on the autobhan and I've seen an S at speed, they're as squirrely as you can imagine ) And an srt8.. exceeds that...w/ under or there about 4 second 0 to 60 torque, you don't have..

now the any vette.. sure... however, if they're built, and some are.. nope...

your very fast and all that.. just we don't have the torque.. and anything with, will stomp the lovin tar out of you... be safe..

I hope when you say a 6 second car you don't mean quarter mile , because you've lost your damn mind if you think that's so. And no I don't have the toque, mines around 340 right now, the 300C SRT8 makes 470hp and 470lbft (the regular 300c I could no doubt take as it doesn't get in the 300 range for hp or tq) but you have to take in the weight difference for my car that has less torque, but with less torque it has more horsepower and much less weight than the full sized sedan that the 300 is.

the stock non srt8.. 0- 60 is bout 6 second... the srt8 is about 4 seconds.. you should'a already known all that...

your S makes good power.. so.. no word on gearing or tyres or such.. that information would let others be able to give you more insight...

The stock SRTs seem to be running mid-12 seconds in the quarter mile. This means you'll need to have an 11-second car. What's your time?

Sorry Ryuu I forgot to add that. It's got 4.77 gears and 18x9 on the rear.
