Track junkie friends of mine have estimated I could do quite well. My car is basically completely oem suspension.

OEM suspension isn't really a handicap. You should go out sometime and see how you do. For 100 bucks and some gas it wouldn't cost you all that much.

And you won't make people crash either

oh I agree oem is how it's supposed to be. I'm running the cr on my ap2 for a little edge. There is no way that I made my friend crash though. The same thing could have happened on the crash. Me following is just one variable among many.

The variable is that both of you were driving like asshats on a public road. You want to test your (& your car limits), do it on a focking race track.

Leave the thread if you don't like it. This is the street encounters forum. Go preach somewhere else, your rhetoric is unwanted in these parts. Following a Miata on an uphill run is not even a test of limits for the s2000 with me behind the wheel. This was a leisurely pace where i was more focused on my "filming line" as i call it Maybe you need to go to the track more to learn about the s2000 before making ignorant statements.

I've been to the track more times than you have. You and the Miata driver could have killed somebody on a public road driving like that. How would you feel if your wife/girlfriend/boyfriend was in the other lane and your buddy hit them head on?

It's pretty easy to be on the track more than me, considering I've never been behind the wheel of a car at a track.

I thought the "take it to the track" trolls stayed out of this forum.
