I think that is just the way Steve C talks he's real sarcastic all the time, it's kinda like the constant in the forum. Take what he says and add sarcasm.
Actually now that I'm thinking about it he said something the other day that puzzled me. I can't recall what thread it was on, but he said something nice! I was blown away.
I just now went back and watched the video. That was great!! Don't you just the japanese. They are so funny. You can almost tell exactly what they are saying even though I have no damn clue.
