Just wanted to let you guys know that I raced a 330ci yesterday and beat him. I wouldn't say I "spanked" him, but beat him by about 2-4 car lengths. It was fun though. He pulled up to me after the race and looked at me and smiled and started revving again. But I had to turn. What a cocky bastard...I was thinking to myself, why are you laughing??? You just lost. Anyways, just thought I would share this info.

 

He's just frontin' cuz we know he feels underpowered and stupid for buying a car that's non-///M -- the only BMWs worthy of respect.

330s are pretty quick, but not quick enough

 

You raced a guy and you're knocking him for losing with a good attitude? Dude, that guy deserves props. Not everyone is so graceful after losing.

When you lose a race, I hope you'd do the same ... there's too much animosity already out on the roads.

 

it was cool of him to simply enjoy the spirit of racing rather than being all pissed. if you get all sad and pissy faced after losing a race you have issues...you not racing for money so it's best to simply enjoy it...you can't win em all.

but you can enjoy them all

 

Actually, to me anyways, it seemed more like a cynical (sp?) laugh rather than a "that's cool, good race" laugh. I think it was a hahaha, I kept up with you laugh. I do agree that there is nothing wrong with a "ok, that's cool I lost" laugh. And actually, that would be really cool of the guy. But in this race, I don't think that was the case....just my personal opinion. But, I guess I'll never know cause I didn't get the chance to talk to him about it.

 

Raced a 4 door 330 a few days ago. Pulled on him hard and left him in my dust. I guess the 4 doors are much heavier or / and it was an automatic, I don't know...


Nice looking car though.

 

My besy friend has a 330ci with the Dinan chip and he swears he can beat me and everytime i spank him he has some lame excuse on why i beat him that time. It's a nice car but its not all that, as everyone here knows.

 

330s are a really nice car but I don't think they would beat a S2000. Watch out for an E46 M3 though!
