Default S2k vs. NSX

Just on my way home from school on I-85 in Atlanta when I passed a black NSX. I looked over at him just admiring his car, and then he threw it down a gear and took off. I did my best to keep up and he just continued toying with me. I know I cant take this guy with just a CAI in my S2k, but it was fun nonetheless. NSXs kick @!$, and so do our S2ks!

NSX are nice. S2k needs to be modded to run with a NSX

What mods does the S2000 need to keep up with the NSX?

A super-charger. Newer models run high lowe 13's - high 12's.

It really depends on which model year, MT or AT, and whether you mean 0-60, 1/4 mile, freeway racing, or track.

I raced my friends '91 NSX with MT from a freeway roll (65 mph), and was exactly even with him until about 110, where he started to walk me (but we shut it down quickly afterwards). I have Mugen ecu, CAI, header, and J's N1 exhaust. I think I would've been significantly faster in the lower gears.

The 6 speed didn't come out until the '97 model. I can't remember which year got the displacement bump to 3.2l.

I raced a friend of a friend's NSX. His was a 91-93 model
5spd. He lost to me by about 1 car down the line (4th gear)...
I think they're fast but the older models are not fast. The newer ones (6spd) are crazy.

i absolutely love the 97+ NSX-T. the nsx probably has the most robust N/A v6 EVER in a production car.

imo, s2000 vs 3.0L nsx is a driver's race.
