should win.. espically as the speed builds.. but as usual:

a) depends on the launch
b) depends on the driver.

But they are pretty close.. and in the curves the s2000 should just about pull away.. (again.. if you can drive)

but (i think) as they do in american don't bet slips on it (is that right?)

True, I thought a R32 VW is all wheel drive? It should take curve pretty good shouldn't it? I wouldn't know cause I've never had the chance to encounter one before, also why I'm here asking questions...

Search feature would tell you alot here too. This topic has been around for awhile... S2000 wins from stop or from roll, been there done that.

red.... you have posted countless

S2K v's threads in under 5 days! why so many??
i know you may be interested in who may win, but posting 3 S2K v's topics in under 6 minutes is a little excessive.

S2K will win everytime no matter how many times you guys race.

But get a good launch I`d say between 4 and 5000 RPMs and you should be pretty well off as long as you don`t over rev first and miss second.

Well Adam Rob Uk, it's it why we're here for? To ask questions that we don't know? I've never raced them cars so I'm just wondering how our S would do against them, I think posting is free to do here you think?

I've driven the R32 a few times and I'm not impressed. I was expecting so much more out of it after reading all the biased articles talking about how great it is. The only time I can see it having an advantage over the S2000 is on a wet AutoX course, or maybe even a track (while it is still raining).

Maybe if you could reduce some of the weight and get rid of the top heaviness, it would do much better against the S2000. In a straight line, I can see how it would be close - probably a driver's race.

I agree. But can't talk much, 'cause I used to be the same way. Probably worse. My 2cents to red is to search......and search some more. Check vwvortex.com and see what they say about the s2k vs r32 but be warned, they don't like street racing.
