Default Schools in Session

The cars I killed today are hardly worth mentioning but its always fun to take those kids to school with their fart cans and body kits.

I was driving home tonight from the girls house and ran into a trio of rice cakes. An Acura Integra with a body kit, dropped to the ground, noisy muffler and more lights than Yankee Stadium, the second was a brand new Civic SI, and finally a VW GTI. I saw these kids coming so I dropped from 6th to 4th so I would be ready for them to make there move.

And were off.....racing down the highway around 70 but I am staying behind since my exit is less than a 1/4 mile away. I figure if they get off my exit I will show them a thing or two. They all merge into the right lane so I know its showtime. I hit the gas and get in front and take the outer lane around the turn and drift around the entire thing. They all try to keep up but they end up braking hard halfway around realizing they either are gonna head off into the guard rail or hit each other.

I am out....i mean far gone. I merge onto the highway and slow it down to 60 when I hear buzzing noises. Is there a swarm of bees after me? Oh..i see its them again. Ok...let them pass and go on my merry way. NAH....lets drop it down to third and fly up to 110 shall we?. Dusted them again.

I figured that was it...they would throw in the towel but I guess they want more cause here they come....doing the fly by then putting on the hazard lights. Man these kids dont learn. I catch up since they got caught in traffic and I am trailing the pack. Traffic thins out and its time to go again. I Drop it and reel them and take it back up to 100, turn coming....i let off a little and take it at 80 and drift around that one (3 lane highway with no cars). Where are they? Hmmm got me, well here is my exit. Later kiddies...............................

Drifting at 80mph is no easy task in the S2000. You must be extremely experienced.

I wanted to put a disclaimer after I posted my encounter but i didnt want to ruin my post. But seriously...it was a bit scary and if you guys want to learn make sure you take it easy and have plenty of open road with no one around so that you dont hurt anyone. You need plenty of room in case you F-up so you can regain control before heading into a ditch.

Its fun once you learn though

Good stories. I have had some kills along the same lines, as of late, ALOT more of these types around this year it seems like. I'm to the point now (from some p-lot practicing) that drifting at >60mph is finally predictable and stable, for what ever reason, the physics that change at 70mph< just makes me feel unconfortable so I avoid it for now. And since my more aggressive alignment has been done, it takes some serious effort to get the back to step out
