Before you guys run, I think we should invite our friends at the California Highway Patrol to view this thread. What were the tentative details of the race again? Are you guys going to take this run to the track. There will be a lot more viewers on-hand to witness the results. Better yet, take it to a strip where the majority of the people are muscle car fanatics. If not possible, why don't both parties wager some money and send some of the spoils to me.

Don't worry it is not going to happen.

You guys have no idea how fast sideways S is. I have been in it when we slaughtered a vette. That was at about 100 hp less than he is at now. I think it would be a good run. The vipers have some huevos. But for all of you who think this is just a plain old vortech S you have another thing coming.

I don't care how fast it is. But if he is going to start up this commotion about racing the viper and getting it on video then go ahead and do it. It's been what a month and a half and still nothing.

The stock turbo kits usually put down around 350 to 380 rwhp and they do that only because their limited by the strength of the bottom end. The 350TT I've raced (twice) is now making 600+ hp with the same kit. Only difference is that he's got a built bottom end, much more boost, and a fuel system to back it up. In other words, the fact that they're making 350 rwhp with only 6 lbs or boost (or some low number) shows that the potential is definately there.

Just thought I'd share my experiences!
