a friend of mine's dad just got one of these...how fast are they? I know they have 493hp and like 500 torque? however it is 4400lbs...but anyone drive against one? How about a supercharged S vs this thing?

They are FAST. 0-60 in 4.5 I believe, maybe less.

I think anything short of a well tuned turbocharged s will get spanked. They're as fast/faster than ferrari 360, and lambo murcialago. As oatnet said they are FAST

I doubt they can keep up with a Murcialago, maybe a Gallarado, but not a Murc.

The Sl55 is 2 second faster than a Murcielago from 0-187mph.

what is the price for one of these cars? IMO they are one of the nicest car on the market right now. anyone know 1/4 mile times ?
