it might be possible with bolt-ons.
i'm running 13.4 @ 106 with just a buddy club spec III
no test pipe and stock intake and tires.
key is to start at around 6500-7000
don't dump the clutch tho thats how you loose trac
start to roll at the 3rd yellow and dont super dump the clutch on green, let it off a bit easier on green.
mind you the 13.4 was a cool night here in florida with an engine slightly warmed

I dont see why he couldnt hit a 13.4 with just a nice single and a perfect run in perfect weather. I am really curious about that 60' too though.
And yes HiRpm yours sounds pretty good. normal trap speed and a decent et, especially if your clutch seems like it's about done.
the only real suggestion is can even give people these days is to get some more of these:
Seat time is all that matters with the s.

just went to the drag strip, 1st time in the S...
drag strip is 2200' alt. Pro-tree, mods are star specs, test pipe, no exhaust, AP2 ('04)
RT - .428
60' - 2.300
330 - 6.324
1/8 - 9.560@76.08mph
1000 - 12.342
ET - 14.695@96.20mph
Excuses:
- I suck at launching
- I am a HPDE/track day whore, not a drag racer
