Definitely a nice time and trap for your first time at the track!
Nail that launch and you're going to take off another .2-.3 IMO.

Got a 2006 S2000
With a flashpro and a test pipe only, no tune, juste stick with the hondata programation
I ran 13,67 @ 101,35 mph
my 60 foot was 2.09
I guess I can still improve my time.
I rooling on Dunlop Z1 star spec tire which are at 50%
What you guys think?
No intake but got the hondata heatshield
Thanks

Can some of the pros help me out and tell me where I'm messing up at?? Keep in mind it's humid as crap down in Louisiana & it was around 90* that day..
First run of the day: (first time at the track jitters) I have no clue what I launched at)
Best run of the day: Launched at 5k the second run..
Mods back then were skunk2 suspension/berk technology 63.5mm test pipe/K&N drop Riken Raptors tires at 35psi
I'm probably going back to the track in a few weeks.. I'm trying to wait until it gets cooler so I can hopefully hit a 13.9.. I have beat cars that run 13.8's on the street so I hope I can..
Current mods now are: berk technology 63.5mm test pipe/K&N fipk/skunk2 suspension/ingalls stiffy torque damper/riken raptor tires (still.. It's like they last forever lol) I already have my next set in mind.. Just waiting to get all my use out of these
Hopefully I'll be able to trap 101 or better in this horrible south weather..
Edited with tires*******

Yeah I thought about that after I left that day.. Since I have been launching at 5500 on the street.. But ever since I got the intake it just blows the tires away most times that I launch over 5000..
I just don't want to wheel hop at the track.. My friend did in his full bolt on AP1 and that ended his night lol
By the way I only ran twice that day since it wouldn't trap any higher than 96 on either run.. I figured I'd just leave it alone until it got cooler.. I haven't been back since yet..

To clarify, reduce your rears to about 25psi an increase your fronts to around 40psi. Keep in mind there is a tradeoff of increased drag as you lower the pressure in your tires (hence increasing the fronts) which will in turn lower your trap speeds. Do this at the track, of course (should be a pump). I noticed you listed your mods but not the brand of tires you are running. Tires will sometimes do more than a few bolt-ons for your 1/4 mile times.
You can launch closer to 6000-6500rpm in your AP2. You need to slip your clutch more to avoid wheelhop. Of course another tradeoff is the wear on your clutch, but it's not going to hurt you to do it a few times. Mastering a clutch slip will help prevent wheelhop and damage to your rear end.
The hot/humid weather had a lot to do with your trap speeds.

Dont feel bad I live in northern shreveport and the humidity kills. Pop your hood open after every run let her cool off. your launch seems pretty good and if you can get your 60 foot down to an even 2.0 you will be on point
