I couldn't go any faster than 146 with the top down (170-175 lb passenger), but got up to 157 with the top up in similar circumstances and still had some RPM's to go. Top up makes a big difference.

 

When I raced my friends G35 I took my 2003 to 144mph w/the top down and windows up. It took for ever to get there but she got there!

Most I went top down--- 135 mph when messing around with some bikes and a 350z. Had my 240 pound friend with me, the car could have went way faster but we slowed down.

 

Did you beat the g35?

 

After installing the test pipe I had to try it..it reved up to 9200rpm in 6th very easily (and if I had higher gears, it would still go faster I think) and the speedo showed 274kmh..since I have 4.57 gears, the real speed was 250kmh=155miles per hour...my ears got a blow job like never before..you brains will get sucked out if you hold it there for longer

 

143 top down in the 2000 and 148 in the SCed 04. Its a HUGE differance.

 

nonsence,i easily hit 140mph with the top down and a passenger(stock at the time)

 

Was racing a camaro with the top down tonight, we both let off pinging the rev limiter at 157.

 

143 on GPS.

 

135, but I let off shortly there after. I was racing my friend in his WRX (pulling on him in the process ).
