Yes, that one is fine. But the other one starts to download then it says error reading codec or something like that. Then it will only play the sound. But the photobucket hosted vid works perfect.

For those who haven't been there, Qualcomm is a 1/8 race held in a parking lot that's not prepped. Point being: traction sucks. Doing a 9.0 is pretty damn good in that car at that track. Most NA S2000's do 9.3-9.4 at that track.

Looks to me like you did pretty well. I mean you crushed the Mustang and the GTO. The only car to beat you was the Eclipse which I'm assuming is awd. That just confirms that the track had som traction issues to me. I'm going to some flashlight drags next month and I hope I do as well as you did here.

Are any Eclipses AWD? I thought they were FWD. It was a turbo Eclipses with whatever other mods, but more importantly it was running on DRs so it hooked up pretty well. If you look at the vid, you'll see my rear end fish tail pretty good as he started down the track. I almost caught him near the end. If it was a 1/4 mile I would have beat him.

Yea I would say there are more awd turbo Eclipses out there than fwd turbos. They've been around since 89 or 90. After watching the video again, its hard to tell but it looks like he got the launch because of his awd, then yea, you def. started to catch him cause you have more power. I've seen many wrx's launch hard against a more powerful car. They beat them to the 60', but then after the other car gets traction, its all over. Again, I think you did well under the circumstaces.
