Default trans am

ran a trans am last night..it was fun!!!...we were on the freeway, i dont race in the streets....*i try not to * anyway.....i reved at him and we were doin maybe 68 and he took it...he pulled a little past me, maybe his butt end of his car was at my front fender....i then put it in fourth and he looked back and he gunned it, i then slammed it into 3rd...by the time we hit 110 i was pullin, quite fast i might add...for that speed anyway....he only pulled a little because he was ahead to begin with and he was in his prime gear first..really cool kid too..
what engine do those have?? it wasnt the ws6, but it gave me somewhat of a run..i would have just absolutely killed him top end though.....

he pulled from maybe 68 to 85 then from there i wasnt gaining, but then from 95 to 110 i just started reeling him in.. i kept going until my car was ahead, just to let him know i won ..

It also depends on the year. Alot of people with Trans Ams put new engines in them to make them faster.

Probably an LT1 Which is a fast car. The LS1 Are Monsters, Not sure if a s/c s2000 could beat an LS1. Maybe? Maybe Not!

Good Kill.

no they dont. a lot of people think that trans-ams/z28's swap out theirs with a corvette engine to make it faster, but few dont know that they already come with it...i think thats probably what you ment?
