I was on the highway this past Saturday night and i was playing with a riced out Si when all the sudden a 3000 GT VR-4 runs up behind me. At that moment all my attention turns toward the VR-4. I get behind him and as I do he gives me the thumbs up, so I knew it was on.
The traffic was kind of heavy and I was just crusing behind and then then all the sudden the highway cleared and thats when the fun began. I was about 3 car lenghts off his bumper when he put it down. I put down into 3rd at about 80 and by the time I reached the end of 4th I was slightly ahead of him, and when I put it into 5th I pulled away so hard, especially hard from a car with 320hp. It was awesome!!!! We continued to play and we kept running up on traffic then it would clear and every time I move right around him in 4th and 5th gear.
It was my best kill yet!!!!

 

Hey, you never got back to me as to when we can hook up and run the cars. You said you were up to it in that other thread. Did you get my PM? Let me know if you're up to it or not.

You said that in the Kill Etiquette thread. I guess corvettes are excluded? I just want to go for fun and ride in an S2000, but if you're not up for it, that's fine. I'll just keep looking for an S2000 owner that's up to it.

I don't want you guys to think I'm being a jerk about it. I just like to have fun. Looks like I might have to go to Texas though to get what I want. That's where all the badass cars live anyway isn't it Seems like like all the powerful supras, vettes, vipers,rx7's live there. At least I have lingenfelter in my backyard

 

So, back to the VR-4, Do you know what year it is? I love the way those cars look, if it only had a good engine to modify like the Supra and RX-7, That car would be one of the best japan supercars!!!!

 

You're kidding right? It doesn't take a whole lot to make those move. Mods get cheap when you start with a turbo. They just weigh a ton (actually 2 )!

 

I know that it takes little to get a VR-4 moving. Maybe I didn't make it clear, but it is a fact that the engine is not a well made motor, compared to the Supra, etc. Also, they are very expensive to maintenance. Believe me, I used to be obsessed with that car, but it is simply is unrealistic to make that car a monster, (comparing it to 600 hp Supra's, RX-7's, and Skyline's)
