Default went to the Dragstrip

first time i've gone with the S and it was pretty easy getting constant #'s.
Mods are pretty stock except snorkel with K&N Filter.

the best time is:

R/T=.014
60'=2.078
330=5.939
1/8=9.095
MPH=76.99
1000=11.799
1/4=14.116
MPH=97.14

Your 60-ft time is good! Overall, 1/4mi time and trap are decent.

what was the temp/humidity/elevation of the track?

Little quicker shifting, and a little better 60' and your in 13's.....

what i did notice alot was i would rev it to say 7k and drop the clutch and the tires would spin a lil and then it would catch and the rpms would drop below VTEC and then the car would climb back up again.
If I revved it higher the car would just spin to much.
I made about 5 runs and first was 14.6 then 14.2 then 14.4 then my last run was 14.2.
its alot easier to control over FWD. i'm quite happy with my times. I don't want to have to break anything. I'm still paying for the car.

good times but I expected a little higher trap speed. How were your shifts heading down the track? Glad nothing broke and you had fun.

Nice launch and 60 ft time...that's usualy the hard part people have getting down...Good run's...Now just find a way to squeese those last few MPH out of your S and you'll be in the 13's easily!!

That 60' time is excellent for street tires! Your MPH does seem low for those track conditions and a good launch. Are you shifting as high in RPM as you can? Have you dyno'd the car yet?
