I also noticed that your mph seemed pretty low for how good of a 60' you pulled. Well...regardless you need to make sure you are landing in v-tec when the tires hook up. Otherwise you won't see 13's. Also, try shifting at 9100-9200 rpms in 2nd and 3rd gear. It is challenging to not hit the rev limiter at first, but it improved my times in my experience. I usually drop the clutch at 7-8k rpms and keep the rpms right in that range till the tires grab.
