whoa
wow!!
nice to know you guys love me so much. id just assume going on posting about my races, and those who are mature and disagree could kindly put up a BS flag, but i see it has aroused you all to the point of parody. kindof cute.
i aprreciate boostTed's following up on my races, and asking a guy who has one of vegas' fastest hatches, at 12.0 110+. and then he posts, to say he understands now, and then good ole wisconsin has serious personal problems with me, and thus closes the post, for no apparent reason. matt, you may wanna ask yourself this question.. do i upset you that much, do my races ruin your day... then maybe you shouldnt be a moderator of the mud slinging forum. at least allow the debates to ensue, instead of using your bias to justify closing them, this is bull and you know it.
i dont care how many times you try and put my car down, it wont make it any slower, it is what it is. take it or leave it, those who have seen it live (9Kfever and others) know whats really in the mix. the rest of you, well its up to you, if you wanna drive as far as your heart desires, i will gladly race you and post the outcome, no matter who wins. but if you cant back up you BS calling on all my races, then shut up. cause i promise you your not quicker or faster. if you were and had balls, youd step up. if not, see ya. later ricers. dave

Come on bro.
We all know the Honda S2000 AP1 and AP2 is a 14 second car with average drivers and average driving conditions (90% of the owners on this site).
There is absolutely nothing wrong with running 14s at all.
There are a few owners out there in the other 10% that can actually drive this car and even those have a best time in the best conditions at 13.7. There is no doubt in my mind and 30,000 Acura NSX owners (www.nsxprime.com), that ANY Honda S2000 in stock form or with bolt-ons cannot hit low or even 13 flat. It cant be done. We are also talking about stock suspension and SO2s. Do you agree? I have seen this with over 20+ drivers at 3 different tracks in Socal and in Hawaii (sea level).
I will tell you this though. At sea level with higher humidity your car will run slower. That is fact. All cars that goto HRP have slower times than the mainland. This is undebatable. You have 9 second cars (at mainland tracks) running 11 flat in Hawaii. Every S2000 that I had seen out there in the 5 years I lived there never bested 13.99 in OEM fashion. That was with one of the best drivers at night in good conditions. Not the best because its 90% humidity.
So the 13.7 on the mainland is believable, at least for me.
Now.......
The Acura NSX is a 13 second Honda. If you goto www.nsxprime.com 90% of the owners will agree with that statement for an NA1 and NA2.
There is no doubt in my mind and again the 30,000 owners over at nsxprime that the Honda S2000 is a slower car. That is fact. Its close to the NA1 models but bottom line with equal drivers and equal conditions that the NA1 will edge the S2000 out (in stock fashion, regardless of what you think). The NA2 will walk the S2000. Seen it happen numerous times.
Anyway there are some stories I can believe that Dave posts and some that are too far fetched. Thats ok though. The internet is all about entertainment and opinions and some facts, right?
I think Dave has ok stories and if you don't believe him then you don't have to post and goto the next thread.
Anyway enough of me rambling on. BTW I am not being a dick in any way, shape, or form.
Again, just giving you my observation and what I have experiences and witnessed over the past 15 years in California and Hawaii.

Whether Dave tells the truth or not.... no one can do anything about it. Until you go over to where he lives, race him, and prove him wrong, you should quit posting in his threads. I have no idea how fast his car is. He could be lying through his teeth, but who cares. Either prove him wrong or quit complaining everytime he posts.
