Default $400 for mats?!

I thought Muz premium mats were expensive but $379 for a Wilton Wool Carpet set from Ricks is crazy. Im sure it looks beautiful but they mats are going to get filthy. Yes Im aware he makes a cheaper set.

No offense to Rick...his stuff is great... but ouch!

That reminds me of they guy that said, $20000 for a ROlex?! For $20000 I'd get a 3 dollar digital watch and hire a guy to wear it and follow me around and tell me the time. Now that'd be impressive.

Is there any other (cheaper) way to protect the caprpet at the hump. As mentioned the Muz mats are really expensive. I rather put that money towards some other mod. That area almost has no carpet now. I am currently using towels but is a hassle because they move around too much.

My premium mats are $193.19 USD plus whatever shipping method you choose at today's conversion rates. They are all hand made. Nothing is mass produced. The pile is dense yet short enough to stay clean and have a logo included. Some owners have been using them for over two years now with no signs of wear and they will sell second hand usually within a few days of listing them.

As many on the board will do, I highly recommend the premium mats. Be sure and get the heel-protector-thing (I forget what Muz calls is). After 18 months of daily driving, they still look great, and I have NO regrets.

i wish weathertech or even honda made some nice all-weather sport mats like the ones in my A4 - i love them - wear great - easy to clean - black looks great. I tried ordering from mats.com but they sent some one size fits all thing that was big enough to use as a car cover... oh well.
