Default $67 for oil change..

Bought oil/filters for both my vehicles today at WalMart.. two 5 quart jugs of Mobil1 Synthetic and filters.. damn is that stuff expensive(but well worth it). I got the oil changed in the Explorer, but not the S2000 yet.. have to take it to the auto hobby shop on base and put it on a lift for it's oil change.. will do it later this week..

Dude, what are you complaining about? That sounds right; about $27/each jug of synthetic, plus oil filters.

I think he meant that he bought one for his Explorer and the other for S2K. It's just that he hasn't gotten to the S2K yet.

BMW's S54 motor in the M coupe takes a fairly hard to find full synthetic 10-60, around 9 bucks a quart. 6 quarts and a filter later and you are looking at 70 dollar oil changes. Yay.

what base? i take mine to either Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton or to the Bangor Naval Submarine Base in Silverdale. got to love those hobby shop lifts - and only 3 bucks per hour!
