I was just at hondanews.com for the offical word for the price increase news. They said the price increased by just $100, and they listed the upgrades the 02 model gets over the pre-existing year models. They also listed the hard top being a $2,500 option. Its funny how alot of people have different prices for that hardtop - the official accessories website has that top for $3,000 - and when I first inquired from ym local dealer, he said it cost $4,000 - to those of you out there who bought them so far, how much did you pay for it?

 

I put a deposit down for my02 in late october and ordered the hardtop with it for supposedly msrp. I guess it's a good price but i still need to talk about the official release of the new price. My order for the hardtop was priced at 3,149.

last time I checked they were $2,995... but supply may have exceeded demand and the price may very well be dropping.
