Um, yes. Every S2000 has keyless entry from the factory.

You should have two keyless remote controls, two normal keys (black plastic on the top) and one valet key (grey plastic on the top).

If you didn't get the keyless remotes from the dealer, there's a good chance they're in the "secret compartment" (do a search). That's where I found mine
