vjarnot, FWIW, I live in Dothan and I just bought my 2002 from the dealer in Montgomery about 7 weeks ago. It is Black with Red interior, got it for MSRP, which was pretty good after I called around 20 dealers in the Southeast. Very happy with the deal.

I guess my problem stems from the fact that I really don't want to be disappointed when the '04 models are released...

 

The great thing about s2000's is the resale. Buy the 02, if you like the 04, trade it in. The downside is, if you wait and you do not like the restlye you will have missed out on owning this awesome auto. I have bought three, one each year, this is my last one. It needed the glass rear window and the upgraded radio. The additional leather is a nice touch as well. Each year I lost about a thousand $$$.
