If you had the money (~55K) would you consider a 02' C32 AMG?

Others include E46 M3 or the up coming Audi S4

I can't decide what to get for around $50K

 

Definitely E46 M3 although frankly I don't know anything about the upcoming S4.

 

There is no way that you can get a C32 for $55,000. More like $60,000.

 

For 50k... get the 02 Vette Z06... the maximum performance for that amount of money...
a step down (in term of performance) is E46 M3 (though MSRP will start you at around 51.5k with
minimum options)... then the AMG C32
No comment about the new S4, dont know any news about it...

 

new s4 gonna have a v8.

 

How old are you if you dont mind me asking? I always considered the AMG's for older folks... Although I wouldn't mind having one.

I personally would go with a Laguna Seca Blue M3. Loooove that color... 2nd choice would be White.

 

I would take the E46 with a manual tranny over the AMG. That slushbox just ain't my style

 

AMG is Mercedes... SMG= BMW tranny.

 

I know. I wasn't talking about SMG. What I meant was, I'd rather have a E46 equipped with a manual tranny rather than a C32. As I understand it, a manual grearbox is not an option on the C32, right?

Either the E46 or new S4....I'd have to wait and see what the S4s got to know for sure...
