What screw did he remove? What did he lube it with? Can you post a pic? Thanks!

I don't know what he lubed it with. Here is a pic I just snapped. It's the one with the plastic sleave on it. You have to remove the screw in that one.

so I take off the screw and lube it?

I did it, but it still there, even worst I think......

I don't know what to do now, sometime I just wanted to rip the top off!!!!!!!

there really ironic happened, I didnt care no more and I let the sucker make all kinad noise....then I hit the hwy and drove for 40 mins, when I got off, I noticed the rattle was gone and i never heard it again for the rest of the day. I know exactly where the noise is coming from...its from the joint near the cross bar of the top--- when i pressed hard against the cross bar, it stopped....I will see how it goes tomorrow, if it comes back, I am taking the car back to the dealer.

RM 4 2 sorry to know that...maybe u should take it back to the dealer to get it checked.
