02 s2k ignition wont turn to 3rd position

As your trying to turn the wheel left and right, make sure your trying to turn the key as well. It sounds like that the lock feature kicked in as you turned the wheels w/o the key in.

I do this accidently in my integra all the time. Just turn the steering wheel one way while turning the key. If that doesn't work, try the other way.

i already tried turnin tha steerin wheel left or right..doesnt work..cuz dere 0 1 2 3 position in tha 02 s2k..nd i need my ignition too be 3rd positon then i be able 2 push tha start button but i cant start it up if its on 2nd position

There is no 0 1 2 3
there is however, 0 1 2
0 being the insertion of the key
1 turns on the radio etc.
2 turns on the dash lights and the ECU/ignition
then you push the clutch and the red button to the left of the steering wheel at the same time
Now in all seriousness have you started it before or did you have trouble ever since you shut it off since bringing it home from the dealer??
