Since the chassis/windshield assembly, etc are all identical, I would assume so, but before I fork the money, I would certainly ask the seller if this is possible, with 100% certainty.
Good luck and keep us posted on this. I'm pretty sure that it should fit just fine, the tops in the S2000 have been essentially unchanged since they came out with the glass window for 2002.
