Well, OK, call me out of it but I like to know what the outside temp is top up or top down. I imagine they use the air intake sensor as input so the only thing they have to do is run a wire and provide a display someplace. I'd like it if it was available.

Alright...maybe now the price of OEM 04-05 wheels will drop. I may actually be able to afford an extra set for track use.

The new itself is not so mind blowing - it's the confirmation (or close enough to it) that there WILL be an '06. Someone dig up all the "is this the last year of the s2000?" threads!

Not likely--if they stop making a particular style then prices will skyrocket (dealer prices anyway). This happened to the Cadillac Escalade--they make new wheel styles pretty much every year. Wheel styles that are out of production are $1000+ (or close anyway), each.
