Is this website going to die out as 09 is the last year for the S2000 ? or will it convert over to whatever ends up being the replacement for the S2K ?

And will Honda make a replacement for the S2K in a year or two maybe ?

there are plenty of forums for cars that are no longer produced. Thesamba.com for aircooled VWs that have not been produced since the 70s, honda-tech forums for all makes and models of hondas, etc.

post volume may slow down some as some people move-on to other platforms. but with the sales of their cars, others will join the forums. the main thing to be concerned about is people leaving the forum who are helpful and post lots of information that get replaced by dumb punks who want immediate answers and are too lazy to search (we see this sometimes now). this is what is happening to honda-tech.com.

Why would this forum go anywhere because the S2000 is dead? Vendors still pay to have their merch advertised here, we still pay (some of us) to be on the forum, and the site still makes money while offering us all sorts of entertainment. Not like I was planning on buying a 2010+ S2000 anyway.
