2000, 2012...next will be some other made-up year. Let's stop being so pessimistic.
with this, too. Every other year is the end of the world. Shit.. 2003 was supposed to be the last year of the S2000.

s2000 is a modern classic and the last of the non-ivtec cars produced by honda. i think there will always be lovers of this car far into the future.

Hasn't Honda said they have no plans to produce another car like the S2000, and that they are just concentrating on economical fuel efficient autos (aka boring)?

honestly, what a dumb question....

they stopped making my 3000gt in 1999, I guess I better go tell 3si.org to shut down......

its not like all the cars are going to magically disappear and we'll no longer drive them.

Go see how dead www.mr2oc.com is even though the MKI-MKII MR2 has been dead in this country for almost 15 years.

A great sports car will not become less popular once it's killed. Just think how many people still want a 1991-1995 MR2-Turbo or a 93-95 Supra-Turbo

They just don't make 'em like they used to and never will!

Same reason everyone still wants a 1967 Mustang fastback.

At least there will not be any new threads of people asking how much is a good price for a new S2000.

You mean my S2000 is actually going to make me younger?! Sweet!!!

So, if I hear you correctly, eventually, we will be able to shut down the "vintage" subforum.
