Try dumping the clutch a little higher progressively 6400- 6500 -6600-6800 and see how you do. This is of course if you don't mind risking your drivetrain by doing high rpm clutch dumps. It's not worth the risk to me anymore as dumping it only improves my times by less than half a second.

The trick to getting good 13.8-14.1 1/4 mile times is to launch in VTEC and stay in VTEC the whole time. If you launch too low you'll bog and go below VTEC which in turn will slow you down. I watched a best motoring video(in Japanese) where the guy dragging the S2000 revved it to 9000 rpm's, dropped the clutch and got a 14.0 . Even if you slide sideways a little in the beginning with some wheelspin that will net you your best 1/4 mile times I promise.

i found track was 24 Foot Elevation.

when i droped @ 7k RPM my RPM stayed over 6k all the time.. and in 1st gear, my ass as going sideways, just like u told me.. hygiene boy...

but 7k rpm launch got me slower time...(14.8)
6k launch with
6..........6............7............7............ ..8........8..........
tire grip gave me best time.. 14.4...

Keep playing and you'll figure it out with practice. I've also dropped at 7000 initially, let off just a little than stomped on the gas again and it worked for me. Don't lower the air pressure in your tires. You don't have 400H.P. so it'll just make you bog more. The stickiness of the track is also a factor you have to figure out each time. Good luck!

I've only ever run my '01 once in the 1/4 mile... 7,000 rpm clutch dump... 14.6 @ 3,600 feet above sea level.

I'd think you need to work on your launch and time between gears.
