the car goes quite a bit faster then 125 in 5th. it goes at least 145....

 

140 with a gear left....

 

It will do well over 125 even with a full load up a grade.

I hit 133 mph and I know it can do more but I have to slow down my exit is coming close.

damn crazy people, hahaha. I hit 129 so far with the top down. Kinda scary, so I don't know if I'll ever go faster, or even that fast again. ah, i'm lying, I'm sure i'll try to go faster, even tho it scares the crap outta me, kinda of a good thing right? i mean to go that fast, top down and not be a little scared...that would worry me

 

Someone I know hit 170, but that was downhill. The car can easily go over 125.

 

I have hit 162 on stock tires top up on public roads that were locked to traffic. Trust me your friends a chicken. But I digress don't let your friends drive your S, inless they are made aware of the overrev possibility. My friends always want to take my car out, I told them what the motor costs. If they can write a check for the motor then they can drive the car. Nobody has taken me up on my offer yet.
