Default 13 hours in an S2K

God I love this car!

I can't go three hours in my wife's van without my back turning into knots, but I just did 13 hours in my stook with no problems!

Took my wife to Bluefield WV today to show here where I grew up. Round-trip took 13 hours (as I wasn't in any hurry to get anywhere in particular. It was a beautiful day.)

Saw another silver going north on I-81 towards Roanoke (about 2:30 pm) and a white one going north on I-77 towards Bluefield (about 7:00 pm). Anyone here? (this was on Saturday the 21st.)

How many miles did you cover and how long did you stop? That's some serious driving.

It was around 500 miles total. We took a route that kept us off the highways where possible, so we went through a lot of towns and stopped at a lot of lights. We spent about 2 hours driving through Bluefield showing my wife where all the crimes of my childhood occured

The longest I've driven in one stint was 18 hours. Went from Little Rock AK, to Las Crucas, NM crossing the width of Texas in one day (I-20 to I-10). Ever hear the poem: "The sun it did rise, the sun it did set, and I still aint out of Texas just yet"? By the way, this was NOT in a stook. It was in a Ford F-150.

I always figured that if I couldn't make it in web application development, I had a career waiting for me as a long-haul truck driver!

Trucks are automatically assumed once you mention TEXAS and DRIVE within the same sentence.

By now, I'm sure you've heard about the TEXANS pilgrimage to this year's S2K Day's event. We drove non-stop(except for gas fill-ups) from Houston to Knoxville in about 12 hours and couldn't believe we didn't have to spend any time together in a jail cell.

500 miles in 13 hours. Boy I guess you took back roads!!!

I did a 17-hour trip (in one day, no rest) from Albany, NY to Davenport, IA in late February of this year in my Impreza. I have GOT to get some new seats!!! These are better than my old Integra's were, but.......

I like the Sparco Torino/Milano, though they're expensive.

Nice! Yeah, these seats are great. Honda/Acura seats are the best, especially with leather
