Should I perform the 15K mi. service, or should I reset my maintenance light? The 7.5K Service was pointless and not worth it. I can change my own wiper blades and not be charged $60. So I have a few questions, what does the 15K mi. service include(i.e.check brake pads), how much does it cost, and is it worth it?

 

I received a letter in the mail from the local Honda dealership saying my car was due for the 15k. I am not going for it. I think it said oil change,TIRE rotation...haha, brake inspection, fluid inspection and a few others. Check your owners manual for the complete list.

 

S2KI,tell me more about what went on with the 7,500 mile service,I'll be due for mine in a few weeks.

 

Wiper blades???? at 15,000. I've only used mine once and that's when I caught in the fog. Wiper blades, that's funny.

 

I live in a dry climate, and I change my blades every 1 1/2 - 2 yrs weather ( ) they need it or not. I never pay attention to the mileage.

Honda changed my wiper blades, checked my brakes, and gave me an oil change. I feel it wasn't worth it.
