In these hard times, do you think i could get a 2002 for 1K over invoice?

Well according to some of the recent posts I've seen here, you should be able to find one @ invoice.

I think you might find one at list price but not invoice which is about $3500 less.

Times are definitely hard right now, but I don't think you're going to find a MY2002 S2000 within 1K of invoice. The new car industry is doing just fine with sales incentives and low interest rates. The only part of the auto industry that's taking a hit right now is Used Cars. I'm think that MY2002 MSRP is $32,840 (not positive though), so if you could find one at say $32K.....you'd probably be wise to jump. Now if a 2001 Model that is still sitting around a dealerships showroom (New) is what you seek....you may be lucky enough to get a real good deal, maybe even near invoice.

i just bought a 2002 for $500 under MSRP, and could have bought a 2001 for $29 and change.

Call Greenwich Honda in Greenwich CT they have a 2001 for $29k and change.
