There is a pin that keeps the needle from going below 10 MPH.

trust me. Nomatter how well u feather ur clutch on an ap2, it will not show 1mph. HAHAHAH funny thread. Oh and please let's not ruin this thread by turning it into an ap1 vs ap2 one. ARGGG =)
